This Privacy Policy explains how Atomotion — AI Image Auto for ChatGPT handles information when you use the Chrome extension.
Atomotion is designed to help users automate a user-controlled ChatGPT image generation workflow. The extension lets users queue prompts, choose aspect ratios, add reference images, submit prompts on supported ChatGPT pages, monitor generation progress, and save completed images to the user’s Downloads folder.
Atomotion is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or produced by OpenAI or ChatGPT.
1. Information the Extension May Process
Atomotion may process limited information only when needed to provide its core features.
This may include:
• The active tab URL, only to confirm that the user is on a supported ChatGPT page
• Prompts typed, pasted, or imported by the user
• Prompt lists imported from .txt files selected by the user
• Prompt queue data and queue status
• Selected aspect ratio settings
• Reference images selected by the user
• Reference image file names, previews, or temporary local file data needed for the workflow
• Visible ChatGPT image composer elements required to submit prompts and monitor generation progress
• Generated image URLs, blobs, or downloadable file references when available on the supported page
• Download activity needed to save completed images to the user’s Downloads folder
• Language preference, panel settings, and local extension preferences
• Activity status shown inside the extension panel
The extension processes this information only for the user-controlled image generation and download workflow.
2. Information the Extension Does Not Collect
Atomotion does not intentionally collect:
• Passwords
• Payment information
• Private account credentials
• Full browsing history
• Personal files not selected by the user
• Data from unrelated websites
• Hidden or restricted information
• ChatGPT account credentials
• Sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric data, government ID numbers, or financial account information
Atomotion is not designed to access websites outside its declared host permissions or collect unrelated browsing activity.
3. How Information Is Collected
Information is processed when the user interacts with Atomotion, such as when the user:
• Opens the Atomotion panel
• Types or pastes prompts
• Imports a .txt prompt list
• Selects an aspect ratio
• Adds reference images
• Adds prompts to the queue
• Starts, stops, or clears a run
• Lets the extension submit queued prompts to the ChatGPT image composer
• Waits for generated images to complete
• Downloads completed image results
Atomotion does not automatically run image generation workflows without user action.
4. How Information Is Used
Atomotion uses processed information only to provide its single purpose and core functionality.
This includes:
• Displaying the Atomotion side panel
• Managing prompt input and prompt queue data
• Importing user-selected prompt files
• Applying selected aspect ratio settings
• Handling user-selected reference images
• Submitting user-provided prompts to the visible ChatGPT image composer
• Monitoring the supported ChatGPT page for completed image results
• Saving completed images to the user’s Downloads folder
• Showing workflow status and activity logs
• Saving local settings and preferences
Atomotion does not use prompts, reference images, generated images, or downloaded files for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.
5. Reference Images and User-Submitted Content
When the user adds reference images and runs the queue, Atomotion may insert or attach those reference images into the supported ChatGPT image composer as part of the user-requested workflow.
Prompts, reference images, and image generation requests submitted through ChatGPT may be processed by ChatGPT/OpenAI according to their own terms and privacy policy. Atomotion does not control how ChatGPT or OpenAI handles content submitted to their service.
Atomotion does not claim ownership of user prompts, reference images, or generated images.
6. Data Storage
Atomotion may store limited data locally in the user’s browser using Chrome extension storage or local browser storage.
Locally stored data may include:
• Prompt queue data
• Saved workflow state
• Selected language
• Aspect ratio preference
• Extension settings
• Panel preferences
• Activity status
• Temporary workflow data needed during a running queue
Local data remains in the browser unless the user clears it, resets extension data, clears browser storage, or uninstalls the extension.
7. Downloads and Generated Images
Atomotion uses the browser’s download functionality to save completed images selected or generated through the user-controlled workflow.
Downloaded images are saved to the user’s Downloads folder or the browser’s selected download location.
Atomotion does not guarantee image generation success, image quality, file availability, download availability, or compatibility with every ChatGPT page layout.
8. Data Sharing
Atomotion does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms.
Atomotion does not share prompt queues, reference images, generated images, downloaded files, or activity data with other users.
Data may be shared only in the following limited situations:
• With the user, by displaying information inside the extension panel
• With the user’s browser, when the user saves generated images through the download function
• With ChatGPT/OpenAI, only when the user submits prompts or reference images through the supported ChatGPT page as part of the image generation workflow
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the developer
Atomotion does not maintain an external developer database of user prompts, reference images, or generated images.
9. Third-Party Services
Atomotion is designed to work on supported ChatGPT pages.
The extension does not control the privacy practices of ChatGPT, OpenAI, or any other third-party service. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of those services separately.
Content that the user submits into ChatGPT using Atomotion is handled by ChatGPT/OpenAI according to their own policies.
10. Chrome Permissions
Atomotion may request Chrome permissions required for its core functionality.
sidePanel
Used to display the Atomotion control panel where users can enter prompts, import prompt lists, choose aspect ratios, add reference images, manage the queue, start or stop runs, and view activity status.
activeTab
Used to temporarily access the currently active supported ChatGPT tab after the user interacts with the extension.
tabs
Used to identify the active ChatGPT tab, confirm supported page status, monitor tab state during a running queue, and keep the workflow limited to the selected ChatGPT tab.
scripting
Used to run the automation script on a supported ChatGPT page after the user starts a run.
storage
Used to save local settings, language preference, prompt queue data, aspect ratio choice, workflow state, and activity status in the browser.
downloads
Used to save generated images or files produced by the user-initiated ChatGPT image workflow to the user’s Downloads folder.
Host permissions
Used to run Atomotion only on supported ChatGPT pages so the extension can submit user-provided prompts, interact with the visible image composer, detect completed image outputs, and save user-requested results.
These permissions are used only for Atomotion’s prompt queue, ChatGPT image automation, reference image, workflow status, and download functionality.
11. Remote Code
Atomotion does not use remote code.
All extension code, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and extension logic, is packaged inside the submitted Chrome extension.
The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript, remote WebAssembly, or executable code from external servers.
12. User Control
Users control how Atomotion is used.
Users may:
• Type, paste, or import prompts
• Add or remove prompts from the queue
• Select or remove reference images
• Choose an aspect ratio
• Start or stop a running queue
• Clear prompt or queue data
• Decide when generated images are downloaded
• Clear extension data through browser settings
• Uninstall the extension at any time
Atomotion does not run a queue unless the user starts the workflow.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
Prompt queues, settings, preferences, and workflow status may remain stored locally in the browser until the user deletes them, clears browser data, resets extension storage, or uninstalls the extension.
Temporary page content used to submit prompts, monitor generation, or download images is used only for the active user-requested workflow.
Atomotion does not maintain a separate external database of prompts, reference images, generated images, or downloaded files.
14. Data Security
Atomotion uses browser-provided storage and Chrome extension APIs to support its features.
Users should review prompts, reference images, generated outputs, and downloaded files carefully before using or sharing them.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but Atomotion is designed to minimize data handling by keeping extension settings and workflow data in the browser.
15. Children’s Privacy
Atomotion is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. The extension does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
16. Responsible Use
Atomotion is a productivity tool for user-controlled ChatGPT image generation workflows.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts, reference images, generated images, downloads, and usage comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, platform terms, and content policies.
Users should not use Atomotion to create, download, store, or share content that violates applicable laws or the terms of any third-party service.
