Meta AI Automation does not control how Meta.ai or Meta Platforms, Inc. handles content submitted to their service.
Meta AI Automation does not claim ownership of user prompts, prompt files, uploaded images, generated images, generated videos, or downloaded outputs.

• Default aspect ratio
• Default video or image options
• Retry and delay settings

Local data remains in the browser unless the user clears it, resets extension storage, clears browser data, or uninstalls the extension.
7. Downloads and Generated Outputs
Meta AI Automation may use the browser’s download functionality to save completed images or videos generated through the user-controlled workflow.
Downloaded files are saved to the user’s Chrome Downloads folder or the selected download subfolder.
The extension does not guarantee generation success, output quality, service availability, download availability, or compatibility with every Meta.ai page layout.
8. Data Sharing
Meta AI Automation does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms.
Meta AI Automation does not share prompt queues, uploaded files, source images, generated outputs, downloaded files, or activity logs with other users.
Data may be shared only in the following limited situations:
• With the user, by displaying information inside the extension panel

Meta AI Automation does not maintain an external developer database of user prompts, uploaded images, generated media, or downloaded files.
9. Third-Party Services
Meta AI Automation is designed to work on supported Meta.ai pages.
The extension does not control the privacy practices of Meta.ai, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third-party service. Users should review Meta’s terms and privacy policy separately.
Content submitted to Meta.ai using this extension may be handled by Meta.ai according to Meta’s own policies.
10. Chrome Permissions
Meta AI Automation may request Chrome permissions required for its core functionality.
storage
Used to save local extension settings, language preference, prompt queue data, generation options, retry and delay values, download folder settings, and workflow status in the browser.
tabs
Used to identify the active Meta.ai tab, confirm that the user is on a supported page, monitor tab status during a running queue, and keep the workflow limited to the selected Meta.ai tab.
background
Used to coordinate user-initiated queue processing, prompt delays, retry handling, progress tracking, and download tasks while the automation workflow is running.
sidePanel
Used to display the Meta AI Automation control panel where users enter prompts, upload prompt files, choose generation modes, configure settings, manage the queue, start or stop runs, and view activity logs.
activeTab
Used to temporarily access the currently active supported Meta.ai tab only after the user interacts with the extension, so the selected automation workflow can run on that page without accessing unrelated tabs.
downloads
Used to save only the completed images or videos generated from the user-initiated Meta.ai workflow to the user’s Downloads folder or selected subfolder.
Host permissions
Used to run Meta AI Automation only on supported Meta.ai pages so the extension can submit user-provided prompts, interact with visible generation controls, monitor completed outputs, and download user-requested results.
These permissions are used only for Meta AI Automation’s prompt queue, supported Meta.ai generation workflow, progress monitoring, retry handling, settings, and download functionality.
11. Remote Code
Meta AI Automation does not use remote code.
All extension code, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and extension logic, is packaged inside the submitted Chrome extension.

• Choose a generation mode
• Configure generation settings
• Add or remove prompts from the queue
• Start or stop a running queue
• Clear queue data
• Choose download settings
• Clear extension data through browser settings
• Uninstall the extension at any time
The extension does not run a batch workflow unless the user starts it.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
Prompt queues, settings, preferences, activity status, and workflow state may remain stored locally in the browser until the user deletes them, clears browser data, resets extension storage, or uninstalls the extension.
Temporary page content used to submit prompts, monitor generation, or download outputs is used only for the active user-requested workflow.
Meta AI Automation does not maintain a separate external database of prompts, uploaded files, source images, generated outputs, or downloaded files.
14. Data Security
Meta AI Automation uses browser-provided storage and Chrome extension APIs to support its features.
Users should review prompts, prompt files, source images, generated outputs, and downloaded files carefully before using or sharing them.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but the extension is designed to minimize data handling by keeping workflow data and settings in the browser.
15. Children’s Privacy
Meta AI Automation is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law.
The extension does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
16. Responsible Use
Meta AI Automation is a productivity tool for user-controlled Meta.ai image and video generation workflows.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts, uploaded files, source images, generated media, downloaded files, and use of the extension comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, platform terms, and content policies.
Users should not use the extension to create, download, store, publish, or share content that violates applicable laws or the terms of any third-party service.
